Patrice Holiday is a dynamic change agent hailing from Connecticut. With a deep passion for community and a keen eye for career success, Patrice has always been resourceful and resilient. Despite facing adversity as a teenage mother, she overcame the odds and completed her undergraduate degree in Organizational Development and Social Work in 2005, followed by an MBA with a focus on Organizational Development and Change Management in 2007. Patrice is also a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certified educator.

Since 2004, Patrice has been actively involved in human and social services and has seen tremendous growth in her career. For the past decade, she has worked in Higher Education at a large public University, where she is currently an Associate Director, providing consulting services to Connecticut state agencies. Her expertise includes organizational development, project management, system implementation, training, career development, organizational change management, e-learning, and web-based training development. Additionally, she has created Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training programs and video training series for large organizations.

Patrice's career and personal life intersect in meaningful ways. In 2018, she founded a non-profit organization called "The Woman Within You," aimed at supporting women and girls, as well as a scholarship fund in memory of a mentor who helped people find jobs. The Belinda D. Price Memorial Scholarship Fund helps college students purchase books. Helping people find resources has become Patrice's purpose and ministry. DiversityNOW was founded in 2021 as a passion project.

With over 15 years of experience crafting compelling resumes and cover letters, career development, and over a decade of experience in training, teaching, curriculum development, and organizational development she is honored to assist individuals, schools, and organizations on their journeys with compassion, empathy, and industry knowledge.
